We are seeking an exceptional candidate with outstanding project management experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in our merger and acquisition advisory activities, gaining high-level exposure to clients and representing our firm throughout the entire deal cycle. This is an opportunity to cultivate a well-rounded skillset as an M&A expert and make a significant impact in the field.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze company financials and determine enterprise value
  • Prepare Confidential Information Memorandum
  • Lead the engagement from marketing through closing
  • Create compelling pitch materials
  • Develop teasers, Client Information Memorandum (CIM), and pitch decks
  • Identify a universe of buyers and orchestrate the auction process
  • Analyze offers to select the most suitable offer for our client
  • Prepare management presentations
  • Coordinate introductions between sellers and buyers and actively participate in negotiations
  • Lead the due diligence process, coordinating meetings with attorneys, CPAs, diligence teams, and principals
  • Manage a proprietary database of researched companies

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in investment banking or principal investment firm in M&A transactions
  • Be either FINRA Licensed Series 79 or 7, and 63 and/or California Real Estate License
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • CPA, JD or MBA a plus

  • Leadership: Utilize strategies and skills to inspire and engage others in setting and achieving objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics, including establishing a comprehensive communications plan.
  • Market Research: Collect, analyze, and interpret information on existing or potential markets to meet market needs effectively.
  • Selling: Apply knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and help them achieve their financial goals. Identify prospecting approaches and create opportunities to sell financial solutions and ideas.
  • Teamwork: Understand the value of collaboration and work effectively as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
