Responsibilities include:
- Analyze company financials and determine enterprise value
- Prepare Confidential Information Memorandum
- Lead the engagement from marketing through closing
- Create compelling pitch materials
- Develop teasers, Client Information Memorandum (CIM), and pitch decks
- Identify a universe of buyers and orchestrate the auction process
- Analyze offers to select the most suitable offer for our client
- Prepare management presentations
- Coordinate introductions between sellers and buyers and actively participate in negotiations
- Lead the due diligence process, coordinating meetings with attorneys, CPAs, diligence teams, and principals
- Manage a proprietary database of researched companies

- 1 to 2 years of experience in investment banking or principal investment firm in M&A transactions
- Be either FINRA Licensed Series 79 or 7, and 63 and/or California Real Estate License
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA, JD or MBA a plus

- Market Research: Collect, analyze, and interpret information on existing or potential markets to meet market needs effectively.
- Selling: Apply knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and help them achieve their financial goals. Identify prospecting approaches and create opportunities to sell financial solutions and ideas.
- Teamwork: Understand the value of collaboration and work effectively as part of a team to achieve collective goals.
